Balsamic Chicken Tender

 Easy cooking every one?
Cook a fabulous chicken dish and impress your family.

Look no further, I am going to share with you a sumptuous chicken recipe that only calls for simple ingredients. Ingredients that you probably have in your pantry.
Without further ado, here is my Balsamic Chicken Tender served with basmati rice.
Take your home cooking into another level with this recipe and surely your family and friends will come back for more!

For this recipe, I used chicken breast, but you can use any parts that you like. I tenderized my chicken breast with a wooden mallet or if you don't have one, don't panic, you can use basically anything to hit the chicken hahaha but of course you have to be careful and don't break anything.

Get a plastic wrap and wrap your chicken and start hitting! Plastic wrap will avoid too much mess on your bench top. Once you think the chicken is already tenderized flatly, marinate it with a dash of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, pepper corns and bay leaf. Ooppsss don't forget to squeeze a lemon! Marinating and adding these ingredients will help the dish to build up layers of flavors.

After marinating for an hour or two, heat up your pan, drizzle it with a little oil, then fry it a minute or a minute and a half each side. Once each side is done, pour the marinade into the pan and start simmering until your chicken is completely cook and the marinade has thicken.

If you don't have time to marinate it, don't worry it will still be flavorsome, but then we will alternate the process. Cook it low and slow on your stove top. Simmer it until the marinade thickens.  When it's thick enough, pour the sauce out of the pan and drizzle the chicken with a little bit of oil. Fry the chicken until it's golden brown. This will give the chicken more flavor. Lastly add the sauce and let it simmer for a minute or two.

Serve with hot rice or any thing you like to eat it with. Enjoy!
